Carrie Louise Mohr

Carrie Mohr, 83 years, died July 18th at Meadowlark Hills Bramlage House, Manhattan, Kansas, with her loving husband Bob of 60 years was by her side. She was preceded in death by her parents David and Agnes Olson, and her brothers Arthur and David. Survivors include sons Robert, his wife Elaine of Manhattan, Kansas, granddaughter Amelia of Omaha, Nebraska; Tom, his wife Lisa and grandchildren Michelle, Garret, Eric and Patrick of San Marino, California; Andrew, his wife Bryn and granddaughter Isabel of Newport Beach, California. Carrie was a talented artist as well as a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. Family, friends and relatives enjoyed receiving her creative often witty handmade cards throughout her life. Carrie was a member of the local Manhattan watercolor studio. She will be especially remembered for her sense of humor. A memorial service in San Marino, California will be held at a later date. A memorial gathering of friends and family in Manhattan will also be held, time and location to be announced later. Local arrangements are entrusted to Irvin-Parkview Funeral Home & Cremation.
