Dorothy Margurettee Decker Dorothy Margurettee Decker, 86, of Manhattan, formerly Tucson, Arizona, passed away Wednesday, November 6th, while in the company of family members, at Manhattan Homestead Assisted Living. Dorothy was born in LaJunta, Colorado on January 10, 1927, the daughter of the late Mamie (Rheinhardt) Frame and Leslie Anning Frame. She was a graduate of LaJunta High School in LaJunta, Colorado and studied business at Colorado Women's College. She served as secretary to the Lions Club International in the Colorado state office for many years. She moved to Manhattan, Kansas in 1997 and attended Sedalia Community Church. Dorothy was a loving mother and grandmother and enjoyed time spent with family and friends. She has two daughters, Heidi Gray, wife of Steve, of Lake Havasu, Arizona, and Gretchen Winter, wife of Dan, of Manhattan. She was also very proud of her grandchildren, Warren Gray and wife Nichole, Maggie Chapman and husband Zach, Mollie Winter, and Alexis Gray. She was also blessed to have a great grandson, Parker May. A memorial service will be held at the Sedalia Community Church, 6040 N 52nd St. at 2:00 pm on Saturday, November 9th, with Pastor Kevin Larson officiating. There will be no visitation. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be given to Manhattan Homestead Assisted Living, 1923 Little Kitten Ave., Manhattan, Kansas66503.
