Linda Ann Irby, 59, of Ogden, KS, formerly of Detroit, MI, Manhattan, Junction City; Ogden, passed away Thursday, September 8th, at Research Medical Center, Kansas City, Missouri. She was in U.S. Army as a Chef at Ft. Riley. Linda retired after 21 yrs, retiring in 2001. After retiring she became a landlord in Manhattan and the Junction City area.
On Monday, May 6, 1963, in Peoria, IL Linda was born to Willie Mae (Huston) Irby, of Detroit, MI and the late U.V. Irby. Linda received a Business Degree.
Linda is survived by a daughter, Dannetta Irby Green, of Tampa, Florida; a son, Angelo W. Corbett, of the home; two sisters, Yvette Irby, of Detroit, Michigan; Trisha Irby, of Detroit, Michigan, two brothers, Calvin Irby, of Detroit, Michigan; Terry Irby, of Dayton, Ohio; and her ex-husband: William Corbett, Greensboro, North Carolina. Linda was preceded in death by her father and her grandparents.
