Naomi Rose (Dickerson) Hiebert, 87, of Manhattan, passed away peacefully on July 31, 2015 in Westmoreland Home Care , Westmoreland . She was born May 4, 1928 as the 9th of 12 children, to William Henery Dickerson and Bessie Magness Dickerson in rural Winona, MO. On January 23, 1947 she married Leo B. Hiebert and they made their home in Andover, Kansas. She is survived by her son, Jack Hiebert, daughter, Vickie Hiebert and grandson, Jacob, as well as her brothers, Bill, Alfred, and Teddy. She is preceded in death by her parents and siblings: Floy, Dorthy, Elvest, Vivian, David, Clarissa, Rena, and Vesta and many nieces and nephews. Friends and family remember Naomi as a kind person who loved her family, family reunions, genealogy, history, and enjoyed reading. She wrote poetry and enjoyed God's creations that bless our lives. I'm Glad you are yourself again, Grandma! I miss you and love you! Welcome home!
